that was pretty easy
made a lighting bolt put that on the other layer change the type of layer
then i made some clouds changed the level of them and i pressed find edges after that u invert it change the type of the layer and you get that...

What MSG Plus 2 Site needs is....
A really cool design , in my opinion PHP sucks sometimes!.. sometimes is really slow man, i agree with a simple site , but cool design, and fast view , that way you don't have to wait 30 minutes to view the content.....

Oh yeah, and...
About logos , banners and Graphics , they all need to be created and not just copy from other sites,
That way all graphics in MSG PLUS 2 site will be copyright.
If you still it , we kill you.....

 yup ur right...
lighting bolt effect is easy:
Fill the Bg from black to white.... (that fading thing)
the go to filter>render>difference clouds
invert it
and press ctrl+L change the lil arrows a bit and you get a nice bolt
