Hi there!
My name is Tom. I live somewhere in the Netherlands.
Although I've never been in the UK before, I've managed to learn a rather British pronunciation (well, if you're a born Brit, you will hear that I am not, but who cares anyway). I've learnt it using my ears only. I've learnt my English vocabulary and grammar using movies and TV series (first with subtitles, later without, or with English STs).
It's my ambition to become an F-16 pilot (unless the Dutch government decides to buy the F-35 "Lightning II"). My stamina is reasonable: I can jog non-stop for little under one hour and I'm still expanding my range. |
